We provide technical assistance and after sale service to all our clients, in case of emergencies, problems, setting up, modifications, etc..., and also for machines we did not sell.

We maintain close contacts with the personal of our partners-suppliers, so we can provide reliable and prompt results.

Our personal fluently speak in Italian, English, Russian and Polish languages, in order to provide a quality service to our international clients and to reduce at minimum language barriers.

Latest technology changed the way to communicate: clients can contact us not only by email, by phone or by fax, but mainly with many different ways, like Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram. These platforms allow the client to significantly reduce time and money.

In case of enquiry of technical intervention by specialized technicians, we cope with the trip organization in a timely manner, as we have a base of expert and qualified personal.
